They were terrible. They ruined everything. "Remember!! The BEATLES stole their whole schtick from the RUTLES, a FAR SUPERIOR BAND...." And if that isn't enough, the author says there are much better bands to listen to, like the Buzzcocks (who we know have never garnered *any* comparisons to the Fab Four) and the Ramones (who took their name from a psuedonym Paul McCartney once used). You've gotta love it.
